  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) in Titan helps teams collaborate on documents directly within Salesforce.     This course walks through how CLM works in practice. You’ll start with the fundamentals, including how CLM fits into the Titan and Salesforce architecture and how collaboration workflows are structured.

    From there, you’ll learn how to configure document owners and collaborators, understand the different collaborator roles, and manage collaboration rounds. The course also covers how to run one-on-one collaboration sessions, configure CLM notification emails, and allow document edits before a CLM process begins.

    Finally, you’ll learn how to complete a CLM process and what happens to the document once collaboration ends.
