In this chapter we will demonstrate, hands on, how to create and distribute a Quote Request Form using TITAN Web Survey. We will be using a blank template and utilizing some of Web Survey's advanced capabilities including:
* Controlling display of questions in a slide using Conditions
* Mapping questions such as Survey List & Multi Select with Salesforce
* Setting Flow & Conditions.The Chapter includes a Video Demonstration, a Textual Tutorial, a Self Practice and a Chapter Assessment.
