    Each chapter in the course includes a video, a text tutorial, a self-assessment, and finally a chapter assessment. If you are taking this course for accreditation, at the end of the course, please complete the course assessment as well.

    Welcome!

    In this chapter we will demonstrate, hands on, how to create and distribute a Quote Request Form using TITAN Web Survey. We will be using a blank template and utilizing some of Web Survey's advanced capabilities including: 
    * Controlling display of questions in a slide using Conditions 
    * Mapping questions such as Survey List & Multi Select with Salesforce
    * Setting Flow & Conditions. 

    The Chapter includes a Video Demonstration, a Textual Tutorial, a Self Practice and a Chapter Assessment.
    At the end of the use case, you will be able to build a Web Survey using the above mentioned features.

    Welcome!
    In this chapter we will demonstrate, hands on, how to create and distribute a Customer Satisfaction Poll using TITAN Web Survey. 
    We will learn how to:
    • Use varying question types including Drop-Downs, Survey Lists , File Upload, Rating Scales, and others.
    • Customize question elements and use conditions to control how they are displayed.
    • Map questions with Salesforce.
    • Set up question flow.
    • Distribute the survey using Automation.

    Welcome to the Course Summary!
    In this hands-on course, we furthered our knowledge of TITAN Survey’s advanced capabilities through the implementation of two real-life use cases.
    In the first use case, a Quote Request Form, we demonstrated how to:

    • Add varying advanced question types including Survey List, File Upload, Select, and others.
    • Map with Salesforce Survey List & Multi Select questions.
    • Use conditions to control the display of questions in a slide.
    • Set up Flow & Conditions.
    • Distribute the survey to an Object.
