  • This course was created to give you a quick start to building Email & Web Surveys using TITAN Survey. 
    The course is composed of four chapters: 
    1. Introduction
    2. Web Survey
    3. Email Survey
    4. Summary 
    The chapters relating to web and email surveys contain a Video Tutorial, a Textual Tutorial, and a Chapter Assessment. 

    Remark: Respondents who take this course for accreditation must complete the Course Assessment in addition to the two Chapter Assessments. 
       
  • Welcome to Chapter Three!
    In this chapter we will learn how to build and distribute Email Surveys.
    Email Surveys have a better response rate, as users respond to only one question. However, when needed, we can ask respondents after they answer follow-up questions.
    With TITAN Survey, we can embed our question in an email sent to the respondents and their answers are automatically saved in their Salesforce account.
    This chapter includes: a video and textual lesson, and an assessment.
    At the end of the chapter, you will be able to create and distribute an Email Survey.
