As we’ve seen in this course, TITAN Survey enables us to optimize our Salesforce-based processes by easily creating and distributing professional surveys.
It provides us with two survey types: Web Surveys & Email Surveys.
1. Email Surveys contain one single-click question embedded in an email.
2. Web Surveys, on the other hand, contain multiple questions and are distributed via URL.
Although Email Surveys are less flexible, they have a higher response rate.
In both Survey types, data is automatically synched with Salesforce, enabling us to review and analyze the collected data using the Titan Analytics tool.
