This tutorial covers the mail settings tab and how to set up custom SMTP settings.
02 Mail Settings Tab
The Mail Settings subtab can be found under the Settings tab on your Dashboard.
You will only need to make changes to this tab if you do not want to send emails using your Titan or Salesforce email address.

03 SMTP
1. Enable the toggle switch.
If using Microsoft 365, enable the corresponding toggle switch and click Authenticate.
Provide the details of another mail server in the corresponding fields to set it up. As a fallback, you can choose to use the Titan mail service.
To test that your server is set up correctly, send yourself a test email.
