This tutorial covers the mail settings tab and how to set up custom SMTP settings.
02 Mail Settings Tab
The Mail Settings subtab is found under the Settings Tab in your Dashboard.
You will only need to make changes to this tab if you do not want to use your Titan or Salesforce email address to send emails.

03 SMTP
1. Enable the Enable toggle switch.
If you will be using Microsoft 365, enable the corresponding toggle switch and click Authenticate.
To set up another mail server, provide the mail server details in the corresponding fields. You can choose to use the Titan mail service as a fallback.
To test that your server is set up correctly, send yourself a test email.
