    What are web surveys and what can our business achieve with them? Surveys are an effective tool for reaching out to our customers and gathering valuable data.

    In addition, Titan Survey provides effective tools for managing surveys and analyzing the collected data within Salesforce.
    Naturally, the collected data enhances the quality of service we provide our clients and improves customer satisfaction.
    Each chapter in the course includes a video, a text tutorial, a self-assessment, and finally a chapter assessment. If you are taking this course for accreditation, at the end of the course, please complete the course assessment as well.

    Welcome to the Course Summary!
    In this hands-on course, we furthered our knowledge of titan Web Survey through the implementation of three real-life use cases.
    In the first use case, a Course Satisfaction Survey, we followed the creation of a Web Survey from a blank template.
    In the second use case, we oversaw the creation of a template-based, Employee Satisfaction Survey.
    Finally, the third use case focused on the creation of a Work from Home attitudes template-based survey.
